I thought the delivery of this book was immediately engaging and convincing. The key coaching points were conveyed succinctly and embedded really well within the story. As a small business I have gained invaluable insights that I’m hoping to apply - mainly around pricing and truly understanding my goals. I really recommend to have a listen if your floundering or doubting your business destiny. It wasn’t cringey at all. Loved it. And talented narrator.

I’ve listened to quite a few audio books and podcasts about business and this really struck a cord with me. I loved the story from start to finish, the concepts described throughout the book and ultimately the end result. Despite it being relatively short I felt like I knew “russ” through the descriptiveness and imaginative language. In the final few minutes of this, the final description of life for the new russ I had this unexpected emotional feeling of happiness for him and his family! Well recommended

I enjoyed and found great value in this audiobook. It was a welcome change from other business books I have listened to because of the simple and actionable business advice and, notably, how Robin told it through the story about Russ.

Take Your Shot is a great book! It is not too long, easy to understand, has likeable characters who have relatable feelings regarding their themselves and their business at one point or another. Highly recommended and going to listen to it again right after this review
