Easy to listen!

I grab this for my cousin. This would be perfect for a first-time mom since she doesn’t overwhelm you with tedious information but presents it in a way that doesn’t feel condescending but rather empowering. Highly recommend.

Comforting Adice for Mom's to be

Very Valuable for Expecting Mothers

My sister was very worried about what to eat and how to avoid giving in to her cravings. That's why I got her this audiobook, this audiobook guided my sister on what foods and drink she should have in her daily diet to provide her and her baby with all the nutrients. This of course improved her energy levels and led to her having a healthy little girl. The book is very easy to follow and the narration is clear. I recommend this to expecting mothers around the world!

Must-read book for pregnant women

Finding out you are pregnant and you are soon to be a mother (especially for the first time) is an overwhelming journey and you may feel stressed and unprepared.
In this case, the 2 most important things to prioritise are nutrition and lifestyle, as maternal health may impact the health of the fetus since the very first weeks.
This book will provide you with helpful tips and advice to keep you and your baby as healthy as possible : mindfulness, lifestyle, food, ... from the moment you get pregnant until the postpartum experience.
It is a great tool to prepare yourself to the best experience of your life and I especially liked that all information is backed up by scientific research.
I definitely recommend it!

An essential

I gifted this book to my best friend who is expecting her first bub this year, she has told me this book is packed full of helpful tips and guidance to navigate her first pregnancy with confidence. The chapter on managing postpartum health has been the most inspiring as most pregnancy books leave this part out! She feels that she can create a healthy, clean, and sustainable diet for the rest of the pregnancy and is very grateful for the author's help. So. An excellent gift idea for expectant mummas! :D

One of the best gift from my husband!

I really appreciate this gift from my husband as he knows that we live far from our families and friends who could help a lot during my pregnancy. To be honest I really felt alone as my mother is far from me but of course, we discuss a lot of things time to time about pregnancy and babies which helps me a lot.

This audiobook kept me company and gave me a lot of the answer which I was looking for. Definitely, I'm focusing more on my food plans because of this. It gives me now so much confidence now and I feel more comfortable and secure myself before the big day! I can not wait to give birth to my little baby!

I would like to say big thanks to the author it was definitely one of the best self-help books I've ever read in my life!

This was englighting.

Although I have been through a rocky first pregnancy, there are so many tips, directions, and mindset shift in this book that is going to be useful now with my second pregnancy. Thank you for recognizing the idea that not all newborns can be breast-fed as we still have many misconceptions in mainstream media. This is a definite go-to-book for soon-to-be moms and even dads. I am getting my hubby to go through this as well now : -) Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your experiences and knowledge.

I needed this for nutrition!

The basic advice this book gives is really good and I do believe that all babies are going to benefit from it. The introduction and explanation of the concept of parenting is a lifesaver. The author provides an accurate nutrition chart and mindset strategy during pregnancy.

This author is well informed!


Amazing. I highly recommend it.

As you move through your pregnancy, you are taught how to keep a positive attitude and figure out what to do to maintain that attitude.

And that, of course, takes some doing right?

In addition, the nutrition plan is straightforward to follow, and the meditation gives you some relaxation.

In my opinion, this is the pregnancy guide you need if you want a healthy and stress-free pregnancy.

Well, I got that from my niece! I think I impressed her! She felt very positive after listening, and even I felt upbeat !

A ton of answers to all my questions!

As expectant moms, it's so easy to naturally have tons of questions. This book does a phenomenal job in answering those questions as well and answering questions expectant moms might not even know to ask! This book addresses how to care for moms and the babies they carry. Getting a head start in nutrition benefits everyone. Highly recommend!
