Summary

Do you sometimes feel like your business is an adult daycare center? Are you constantly repeating yourself, fixing errors, and trying to hold things together? What if it were possible to create a business that runs itself?

You’ve dreamed about it - now it’s time to make this a reality!

If you’re anything like many seasoned business owners, you’ve tried and failed to systemise your business. The reality is, your shiny business isn’t as functional as it looks from the outside; it’s unorganised, inconsistent, and key person dependent.

SYSTEMology solves this problem with a proven, step-by-step business systemisation framework - designed so that even the busiest business owner can deploy it. Drawing on 20+ years of business experience and real-life case studies, David Jenyns details the path to complete business reliability.

Systems without the decades it took McDonald’s to achieve it

I might never have discovered David Jenyns were it not for the internet and YouTube. After all, what does a former digital agency owner in Melbourne have in common with a software developer and implementer in the UK?
The answer is ‘systems’ and systems thinking. What I’ve always loved about David’s content is that it’s focused on achieving that sought after ‘flywheel effect’ but in the context of a small or micro-business setting. And that’s what most other experts on systems fail to grasp. David’s story and content are relevant for the 99.9% of us in business who’ll never be the next McDonald’s or Amazon and that’s the crucial factor that makes this book a must-read for any business owner. Enjoy!

Finally!!

it was quite a while since I was looking for a simple and straightforward SYSTEM for SYSTEMISING my business. Matter of fact since I read The E-Myth first time.

David Jenyns managed to finally satisfy my very fussy taste in simplification by writing this book. like Allan Dib the author of "The 1-Page Marketing Plan" said, it's a category killer and I believe you should definitely read it and more importantly implement it.

Thank you David.

We have failed at creating systems in the past but I think this advice will help us get there.

The missing link in the E-Myth and Traction

David Jenyns wrote a very helpful book about systemizing your business. This was the missing piece that E-Myth and Traction did not explain, but is critical to building a buyable business.

Energetic author.

Builds on Michael Gerber’s work, but author plugs his website way too many times. Four stars instead of three because there was a decent take away to use a separate software for managing her SOP’s then the one that you used to manage your projects
