About this listen

Dina DeMille isn't your typical bed and breakfast owner. This is the second story of the Innkeeper, this time she is very much on her own, with Sean having gone off to discover all that was missing in his education, re other planets and their technology. She has been offered to host what at first looks like a straightforward arbitration, but turns into something much bigger. Read brilliantly again by Renee Raudman.

A bittersweet story of interstellar peace negotiations set in an old fashioned American inn.
I often listen to this during global military flare ups. It’s a fantastic reminder of the cost of war and the courage needed to reach for peace. A powerful story - humourous, inventive and hopeful with a strong narrative performance. I weep every time. I just wish every warmonger and world leader would listen and do the same.
