I have used pimsleur to learn Korean to a highly proficient level now I’m using it to learn Swedish! It’s perfect especially if you have no concentration so sit down and focus.

Like any of the language courses, you get out what you put in, it's not easy but the course takes a slow easy learning approach. Follow the plan and you'll start to learn. The course tends to provide a sentence, and then breaks down all the words in the sentence, and the pronunciations for the words. As I mentioned in the title, not a bad course and I'd recommend it to help supplement Swedish learning.
