One of the best book I have listened to a very long time and straight to my top 5 best listens ever.
Informative book on behaviours without being overwhelming. Very honest book that reminds you to take a good look within and recognize our own behaviour too.
The humor in the book left me giggling on many occasion. I will listen to this book again

Not a dull moment in this very long book

It’s a decent book with helpful tips and some parts were very interesting and informative. One critique I want to make is that I felt the author didn’t have good knowledge of neurodivergent people, specifically autistics and adhd. He did mention ptsd and ocd but some things he was describing could very well fit for an autistic or adhd individual such as myself and I felt the lines were just blurred and it was all coloured with one paint brush. I also heard some judgments which I didn’t like, particularly with traits that the author himself has and it felt like he was being overly harsh with people similar to him. Of course this is just my opinion, someone else might feel differently but I felt like the author really needed to up his knowledge on the above mentioned things and incorporate them in the book.

It’s a decent book
