Summary
Life in a small town can be tough. It can be even tougher when you're a witch whose magic regularly backfires. hmmmmm
I don't know how to begin with....
I nearly stopped listening half way through as it got pretty boring. The hardcore erotic language didn't help much. I m far from prude but this was a little o.t.t.
Unfortunately for the presentation wasn't the greatest. The voice was monoton and the switch between female and male was rediculous. I've listened to many books where this is happening but in this case here it put me off.
As 8ve paid for this I finished it off and I am glad I did. Three quarters through it finally got interesting and I now want to know how it goes on.
please don't take my review as a reason for not getting this book. it s my opinion. others have a different one....

The right story at the right time
I found the first three on the plus catalogue and fell into the first story straight away, it has humour, love and family. For me personally this type of writing was just what i needed to lift my spirits and it very much helped that the narraration was good as a bad narrrator can spoil a story. I will certainly try more from this author.

Sleep inducing.
Weak characters and a poor storyline which mostly concentrates on lust and sex. I'm not a prude and if the sex was in contrast to an intriguing plot, it would have been bearable. As it is, I fell asleep and I won't be continuing with the series.

refreshing change
I bought this on kindle and had the option to buy audio too. This is a nice change from my usual authors. I loved the first book and had purchased Autumn and Winter Magic on kindle too. It is a shame no audio for them yet but I will buy when they come out

Great read or listen to
Loved it I have the set as ebooks cant wait to get them all on audible to love to listen and I never get tired of these. Good stories that flow really well

A Squirrel Mafia
3.2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ & 1🌶️. Hmm. Not really sure what to say about this, it was pretty slow and there wasn’t really a storyline that interested me. I actually very nearly DNF’d this at around 42%. I pretty much zoned out after but I got through it. I disliked how the characters personality seemed to keep switching, along with their feelings for each other. It was kind of like a small town romance plot but they just added the witches and dr Doolittle type thing after to jazz it up a bit. I did enjoy the Squirrel Mafia. They’re my favourite animals! With this in mind, we never really found out much about the magic and their lifestyle. It was ok, and a quick read but I won’t be continuing the series.
