About this listen

You didn’t imagine the love. But you couldn’t escape the loop.

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck on someone who’s no longer in your life—replaying every memory, rewriting the story, and hoping they’ll come back—this book was written for you.

Stuck On™ Love is the first guide of its kind: a poetic, powerful, and faith-rooted roadmap to healing from obsessive love loops caused by ADHD, rejection sensitivity, emotional addiction, and Hollywood’s counterfeit versions of love.

In these pages, Sabrina John weaves together neuroscience, psychology, Scripture, and lived experience to name a pattern millions of women are trapped in—but few can explain:
The ADHD Love Loop™.

This isn’t a book that shames you for loving deeply. It validates your love—while guiding you out of the fantasy trap and into freedom.

You’ll discover:
- Why ADHD makes certain relationships impossible to forget
- How societal messaging wires women for emotional addiction
- Why the world sold you an illusion of love—and how to reclaim real clarity
- How to break free from rumination, rejection sensitivity, and identity loss
- How to step into the real love story you were written for

This book reads like a late-night diary laced with divine wisdom—raw, redemptive, emotional, and anchored in truth.

If you’ve been asking God why you can’t let go—this is your answer.

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — John 8:32

Just finished listening to this audiobook. I haven't personally been diagnosed with ADHD but still loved every piece of it. Sabrina has such an amazing and calming voice that I could listen to all day (please write more and make audiobook for every one of them!).

Sabrina tackles a subject that is honestly overlooked in relationship conversations: the profound and sometimes chaotic impact of ADHD on romantic connection. I loved that it’s nothing like a clinical textbook—it’s truly a gentle, compassionate guide for anyone who has felt the intense, disorienting pull of relationship patterns that look like love but end up feeling like a trap.

The book is brilliant because it pivots so quickly from recognizing the issue to offering real help. She doesn't just name the problem; she gives you clear, practical strategies for breaking those old, exhausting cycles and moving toward stable connection.

Well deserved 5 stars from me.

Awesome book

Okay, full transparency — I’m the author. But I wrote this book from inside my own loops. I recorded it at midnight while my toddler slept. I cried, I cringed, I edited until I couldn’t hear my own voice anymore.

This isn’t a “how-to” book on ADHD.
It’s a “here’s what it felt like to love with ADHD” — and how I slowly began to break free.

If you’ve ever stayed too long.
If you’ve ever confused fantasy for love.
If you’ve ever asked God to remove someone from your heart and they stayed anyway…
this book is for you.

It’s raw. It’s poetic. It’s flawed in some places — like me.
But it’s real.

And I hope that, as you listen, it helps you feel less alone.
Because I truly believe healing begins when we finally say,
“Me too.”

I truly hope it resonates in that “heart of the ocean” of yours.

Enjoy and all the best x

Raw, honest, and unlike any ADHD book I’ve ever read.
