Summary

One of life's biggest cliches becomes a horrific reality when Douglas Segal's wife and young daughter are hit head-on by a Los Angeles city bus. Miraculously, his daughter was unharmed, but his wife faced a series of life-threatening injuries, including the same one that famously left Christopher Reeve paralyzed. 

Following the accident, Segal began sending regular email updates to their circle of friends and family - a list that continued to grow as others heard of the event and were moved by the many emotional and spiritual issues it raised. Heartfelt and traumatic

Good narrator. Good story. Very detailed but also uplifting. The trauma they went through was quite shocking but positive attitude really helped them. Enjoyed this and although it was quite difficult to listen to their struggles they’re an inspiration
