Triple Falls wasn’t at all what it seemed, nor were the men that swept me under their wing. But in order to keep them, I had to be in on their secrets. Secrets that cost us everything to keep. That’s the novelty of fiction versus reality. You can’t re-live your own love story, because by the time you’ve realized you’re living it, it’s over. At least that was the case for me and the men I trusted my foolish heart to. Looking back, I’m convinced I willed my story into existence, due to my illness, and all were punished.

Summary
Vi Harris tests every bit of my strength.
She is my own personal challenge.
She has the potential to make me weak at a time when I'm determined to show everyone just how bloody strong I am.
Yet somehow, she doesn't see me as broken.
She sees me as the man I'm fighting so hard to be.
The man that I'm still struggling to see myself.
But resisting her is proving to be even more difficult than my past.

Love Hayden and Vi
Any additional comments?
Well, what can I say Amy has done it she popped my audio cherry..
Just when I honestly thought that That One Moment couldn't be anymore emotionally and powerfully charged, Amy punches you straight in the heart with the audio version.
I felt like I was there with them, I felt as though I was standing next to them as friends when they are telling tales of their lives... I cried tears when Hayden gives everything in him, I laughed at the brothers that warm your hearts and I damn near feel head of heels for the duo that is Vi and Hayden.
Thank you for the story, the words and the love that you not only write but also now give a voice too.
I absolutely loved this, and I look forward to more.

Really Good Listen , thanks
I was gifted this book by the author in return for an honest review..
Really enjoyed this story from Amy from the onset. Hayden and Vi were extremely complex characters and there story evolves with such passion that you cannot fail to love it.
Vi is the only girl amongst 4 brothers and dad that had sadly lost there mum very early in there life , so brother being brothers protected there sister , but as the book progresses you find out her own hangups that she tends to suppress.
Hayden on the other hand is a tortured sole who in his mind caused the death of his sister and has spent years trying to deal with .
There meeting is a slow cook of a story narrated with such feeling by Char;tote and Will in duel narration which only enhances the story ,
Totally recommend this listen my first and not my last book by Amy Daws
Thanks

Loved this audio, fab narration
Loved book 2 in the Lost in London series, even though it is part of a series it can be read as a standalone. Book 2 follows Hayden and Vilma and does in fact answer many questions I had about Hayden following previous books. Vilma and Hayden both have their demons and both are learning to trust each other, both have strong feelings for each other, but Hayden is struggling with his inner self even more and he may just be throwing away the best thing that has ever happened to him. I love the characters, Vi's brothers are hilarious, love their protective streak, love Theo and Leslie and their adorable daughter Marissa (Hayden's niece). Some wonderfully tender moments between Hayden and Marissa. This story told in dual POV is an emotional rollercoaster that has some very intense scenes that had me tearing up. I loved the honesty of this book and its characters and I can't wait to read more Amy Daws.

All audiobooks should be this way!
Would you consider the audio edition of That One Moment to be better than the print version?
I’m not usually one for audiobooks. There is something totally different and very special about this one! I have read all of Amy Daws’ books to date and absolutely love them. When I heard this one was to be released in audiobook format with dual narration I was excited to hear how this would work. I saw a live preview of Will Watt and Charlotte Cole recording a couple of chapters of the book. I just wanted to go on listening! This TOTALLY changed my mind about audiobooks! Will reads the male parts in the book and Charlotte takes care of the female ones. The result is wonderful. Both of them put so much into this to make it sound so natural, unhurried and managed to convey so much emotion. This brought another dimension to an already thoroughly enjoyed book. I loved hearing it again this way. And, oh my! Will’s voice just makes you melt! What a brilliant choice of narrators-they couldn’t have done it better! All audiobooks should be this way! I loved how they used different accents for different characters-these are really well done, it’s all a very polished performance. When I read the book I thought the whole series could make a great TV Mini-series-this is the next best thing! It’s not just an audiobook in the normal sense-the narrators ‘act it out’ and it really made it stand out above the rest. I didn’t used to like the idea of audiobooks; I preferred to read it myself etc. Some samples of audiobooks I’ve heard sounded like the narrators were just reading it, just whizzing along and not much meaning came across to me. With this book, it’s like you’re there with them, they make it as ‘real’ as they possibly can. This has all been very well thought out. This is really something! It's difficult to say whether the audiobook edition is better than the print edition-I enjoyed both-but now I've found that audiobooks are really convenient: you can 'read' (listen) whilst doing other tasks, you can take it around the house, do the washing up, change the bedlined or on a journey with you. You can't really do that with a paperback. When done really well, as this one is, audiobooks can be a great reading experience-I loved this, it was fantastic!
What did you like best about this story?
It's such a great series and has such potential for developing: the writer introduces new characters, relatives of present ones, their friends etc. They all have their different stories to tell and you can see more books sprouting out from this one, as in previous ones in the series. I read all the time, always have a book with me and read in-between work etc. but with Amy Daws' books, I always like to save each new one for when I have a few days off work/bank holiday weekend etc. They deserve to have my undivided attention so I can just devour them in total luxury without having to put it down in an important bit! These books are something really special, I can't wait for each new one, she never disappoints. The books are essentially love stories-but so much more too, on a whole different level. As well as the ‘will they won't they’, break up, reunite, intense emotions, suspense, the happy times-the characters also have their problems to deal with-these are sometimes unexpected things but all totally believable and it's easy to become totally lost and absorbed in their lives.
Which character – as performed by Charlotte Cole and Will M. Watt – was your favourite?
Favourite character by Charlotte Cole was Vi and my favourite by Will Watt was Hayden but they did all of the voices really well.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I wondered if the author had asked a survivor what it felt like to be able to describe what Hayden had gone through so convincingly or was this just her ideas of how it would be? Whichever, it was very believable. The writing really got to me, it was so profound, so beautifully constructed. It felt so real too: chapters are presented by the different characters, from their point of view so it’s wonderful to have two narrators and I felt almost like I was reading their true stories, it was all so vivid and just so totally gripping. I had to remind myself it was fiction! Such brilliant dialogue, you just get caught up in it, it was totally engrossing. Because Amy Daws' books are so dialogue-driven, the interaction between the characters is always so compelling-so it’s great to have two people reading the parts. I love how Amy Daws’ books are such a great mix: sadness, tragedy, tension, humour, romance, some sex scenes which are all vital to the story and it's not absolutely loaded with it/not just for the sake of it. Such a great build up, she creates the stories so expertly.
Any additional comments?
.A real treat, pure escapism. Leave the housework!-oh, you don’t need to; with an audiobook you can listen to the book whilst doing the housework!

Absolutely PERFECT
Would you listen to That One Moment again? Why?
Absolutely! I literally binge listened to the whole thing in less than 24 hours! Will was the perfect voice for Hayden!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Hayden. I've been totally and utterly in love with this troubled hero since he was first introduced in to the London Lovers series.
His tempestuous relationship with his ex, his troubled past, his recovery. ...combine all of this with a killer plot line and a sexy sassy voice....perfect. Gah I just love him!
Have you listened to any of Charlotte Cole and Will M. Watt ’s other performances? How does this one compare?
I haven't, but I certainly will in the future.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
''One year ago today, as my watch struck the hour of 11:11, i dragged a blade across both of my wrists''
Any additional comments?
I can't express how madly i have fallen in love with this audiobook....well....this book ingeneral. Thank you Amy!

Awe I knew I'd love Vi & Hayden's story. I loved seeing Hayden heal and Vi getting him there. I can totally see why the Harris brothers needed a series after this book. I loved Garreth in this book so much too. This group of friends was so fun and close it just made my heart happy. I'm sad my Amy Daws binge is over and I'll be patiently waiting for more.
The narration was perfect, these two duet like no other!

Best Amy Daws story to date!!
Loved, loved, loved this book!! Amazing story from start to finish. I loved Hayden and Vi, and their book was so much more than I expected. Hayden's appearances in the London Lovers series have been less than flattering so I can't say I was highly anticipating his book, but I am really liking the overall series and didn't want to miss a story- thank goodness I didn't! Definitely the best book thus far. The story was original and rolled smoothly with just enough angst. No big secret that had to be dragged out until the end to create a faux angst, which I've read a lot of lately. Hayden was complicated, heart-wrenching, sweet, and alpha all at the same time. Vi was a strong female lead character with a pension for foot stomping. Loved!
The dual narration style and voices from Charlotte Cole and Will Watt was terrific. I love the dual narrating and it really made you feel like you were in the story.
Can't recommend this book enough- GO!!

Amy + Will + Charlotte... Pure Perfection!
Would you consider the audio edition of That One Moment to be better than the print version?
I believe that the story is as good in print as it is in audible version.
God knows I am completely in love with it's cover alone!
What did you like best about this story?
You mean beside everything?
I loved to hear more about Haydens story and what made him to be the man he become.
What does Charlotte Cole and Will M. Watt bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
WOW...Let me just say WOOOOW.
These two...are pure perfection!
Never listened to them before but am so extremely happy that I got the chance now.
They both were compelling and breathtaking and made this book even better for me.
I don't know where Amy Daws found these two....But they are worth every penny!!
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Broken Hero Rises
Any additional comments?
I was looking forward to this book so much I could barely contain myself from all the wait.
But they say "Good things comes to those who wait" and this was so worth it.
I fell in love with Hayden so quickly I could barely register my fall.
All his hurt and pain were so easy to detect and my heart was crying for him so badly.
It was lovely to see how his journey got better by Vi entrance in his life and how much they both healed one another.
They were truly meant for each other.
I loved this beautifull full romance story and enjoyed those funny moments provided by Vi's brothers who were beyond hilarious.
All the praises to he narrators who were awesome beyond what words can explain.
And to author for keep on delivering great and amusing stories.
I would highly recommend this book!

Great Story With Emotional Roller Coaster Ride!
This was an AWESOME story which had me hanging on every word! After listening to Theo and Leslie's story, and hearing some of the events with Hayden unfold, I was looking forward to his story having a HEA.
Hayden's suffered a trouble tragedy, which has left him scarred, and at times unable to deal with what has happened. After he attempts to take his own life, he's on the road to recovery, but still has to deal with his demons. Not looking for or wanting a relationship, he meets Vi and neither of them can deny the attraction they feel for each other. As they start to spend time together, Vi challenges the way Hayden deals with everything! At times, she makes him feel great, and others he feels she is pushing him.
What I really liked about this story, is the realistic approach of building a relationship with someone who suffers from tragedy or suffers from PSTD.
Charlotte Cole and Will M. Watt were FANTASTIC narrators! I loved their emotionally charged performance, and how they brought the story to life. I could feel all the different emotions throughout the story from the happy moments to the tears. Kudos for a job well done!
Great series with lots of different emotions but with a HEA!

Difficult subject!
Any additional comments?
This is a complicated story. For some people, this could be very difficult, and I think people should know that the hero is dealing with recovery after a suicide attempt and alcohol abuse. The author does an amazing job of characterizing Hayden Clarke's struggle to get his life back on the right track.
Some years back, Hayden Clarke's family lost a member to a tragedy. Hayden blamed himself, and his life went into a tailspin that culminated in a suicide attempt. All that happened before the book begins. When Vi Harris meets Hayden, he is already a year into his recovery after his suicide attempt. Because Hayden works every day just to keep his life going in the right direction, he is very reluctant to become involved with anyone. Despite the attraction they feel for each other, Hayden does everything in his power to discourage any sort of relationship with Vi.
When Hayden finally allows himself to get closer to Vi, he slowly lets her know the details of his life that led up to his suicide attempt. During the this time period, Hayden and Vi develop the kind of relationship that he has avoided for years. As Vi gets a better insight into Hayden's life, she also continuously runs up against walls that Hayden has used to protect himself during his recovery. These walls eventually erode Vi's trust in Hayden's ability to love her enough to let her into his life.
This was a very emotional read. It was frustrating to see Hayden, time and again, make choices that he claimed he needed to make in order to protect his recovery. I just wanted to shout that his relationship with Vi was the BEST thing he could focus on to keep recovering. At the same time, I could understand his fear of sinking back into the depression that spun out of control. It takes him a long time to finally realize his relationship with Vi was not going to torpedo his ability to keep his life in control. It was a long haul for me as a reader! I was pretty emotionally wrung out waiting for Hayden to wake up and smell the roses!
But the book was very well written. I would just be careful if this subject matter is a sensitive one for you because Hayden's struggle is extremely realistic.

So good!
This author is a master at the surprise mood switch! One minute, you're sobbing along with the characters, the next moment, your laughing your head off or looking for a little privacy... ;-) . All of my favorite characters from her London stories make an appearance, especially Frank, who is my favorite. I love the duet narration. Haven't heard this team of narrators before, but they're great! I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Great Performance and Emotional Story
Which character – as performed by Charlotte Cole and Will M. Watt – was your favorite?
I loved both of their accents and voices with all of the characters they performed. I did love listening to Hayden.
Any additional comments?
This was a sweet romance story about characters Hayden and Vi. Hayden has a troubled past that is emotional and deep, Vi is such a sweet caring character that you can't help but to love.
I listened to the audio book of this story and I really enjoyed the narrators, they did a wonderful job and who doesn't love a good English accent. Sometimes I did feel like the book was a little long but the depth of the characters really do take time to detail and absorb. My emotions were all over the place with this so I would have loved to get a glimpse into their future after marriage.
I received this audiobook from the author for review.

Awesome love story in a series but great as a stan
Any additional comments?
This audiobook was given by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom. I am one that has to read or listen to previous books in a series or that are stand-alone's that have related characters from previous books so that I know the characters history. That being said, I did purchase and listen to the previous books by Amy Daws, but am happy to report that you can listen or read "That One Moment" without knowing what happened in previous books. This was a great audiobook with dual narration with the female and male parts heard in the same conversation vs. switching off by chapters. I loved the authentic English accents and thought the narrators did an excellent job. I would love to hear more from them in other audio's. Amy Daws' books were recommended in a facebook group "Aural Fixation" and I was glad I got to review this newest release thanks to Audiobook Boom.

Good Follow Up Story
I liked the way this story continued with the brother who tried to commit suicide in book 1. The author treated this situation in a compelling manner that also helped me to understand this type of situation better. The H/h were a strange couple. First she wants to help and be his partner then when he does something she does not like she wants to kick him to the curb. But she has her own issues to deal with as well. I love her four brotherrs and her Dad. I hope that we get to see a happy ever after for each of them as well. I am not so sure about Rae she seems to want to be the fly in the ointment for her friends. Perhaps she will get over her demons as well. I see the potential for several stories to come from the other characters. The narrators were interesting they basically added to the story in most places.
