About this listen

They thought they could get away with murder, but then Keeler showed up.

Ex-Special Forces operator Tom Keeler is a rambling man. He’s just passing through the town of Alencourt, France, and in less than an hour, someone tries to kill him. Nice place, nice try. But it’s a case of mistaken identity, and they picked the wrong guy. The French police can’t be trusted, except for the beautiful Cecile Nazari. She finds out fast that keeping up with Keeler is a dangerous occupation. Because someone’s preying on the weak and unprotected. Someone murderous. But they never counted on coming up against a guy like Keeler.

Deffo feels like reacher, partly because of Jeff Hardings (excellent) narration.
takes a while to get going story wise though

Very reacher

Very Jack Reacher but I think that is helped by the narrator as much as the story . But because I like Jack Reacher I liked this so will move onto the next one !!

Jack Reacher 2

Easy read and got through it as it was a different, not better, version of Lee Child's iconic drifting hero.
Not anywhere near as enjoyable as the early Reacher adventures but has a couple of novel elements which make it a tad better than the more recent Reacher books.
Just one point - I couldn't stop chuckling at the description and performance of the, thankfully, few intimate scenes... just don't bother.

Another Jack Reacher clone... in France

Not quite a Jack Reacher but along the same lines, not bad,has the same misfortune as Reacher, trouble finds him or dose he find trouble ?

I was looking forward to reading this novel, but it was a bit slow, not enough of his past, hopefully will get better, it's similar to an another series where the character roams around the countryside with his tooth brush, hopefully will improve
