Only one track is subliminal and it's nicely done, but the other 7 tracks are just rain, white noise etc. For £29 that's very very poor. For one credit I have gotten audio books with 60 min of hypnosis, also very very poor. Gave it back as soon as I noticed. They clearly exploit the fact that customers think they are getting a bargain for just one credit. avoid.
