Summary

The kids are not alright. The left is waging an all-out battle on the American family, particularly the youngest members. If they can make our children miserable, lead them to question every building block of society, and rebuild their entire concept of reality, then the left and their woke indoctrinators will consider that a victory.

But we can't let them win. As concerned parents and American citizens, we have to understand what's truly going on before we can do something about it. Stolen Youth provides an urgent deep dive into issues surrounding the current woke indoctrination happening in politics, education, medicine, mental health, entertainment, and culture. These issues may seem subtle, insidious, and hard to make sense of, but armed with the information provided in this book, we now have a framework from which to fight.

While we may simply be trying to parent our children well and create a healthy and happy home environment, this is no longer enough. We must now go on the offense to protect our kids, and this book sheds a bright light on the reason why. We can no longer afford to stay ignorant. Our children's lives and the survival of our families are at stake.

"A win is a family who is free."

Stolen Youth outlines how to fight for our children's freedom—and win.

Chilling but fantastic book

Stolen Youth is a truly excellent summary of what’s going on with gender ideology ‘under the surface’. A must read for all adults, especially for parents/carers and for leaders who make decisions relating to gender identity in society.

Parents Everywhere, Read This!

I've read a number of books concerning the biggest cultural threat to the western world in the guise of what has commonly become known as wokeness. Each time I read another book dealing with this most pervasive of near cult religious belief systems, the more horrified I am at what's going on under the noses of the public at large, in particular within the United States.

This book, one of the most up to date on the subject I've read so far, has further convinced me of the utter insanity of the divisive ideology that has infected society at large. What perhaps is new to me, and by far the most troubling, is how the authors have documented how our children are being indoctrinated with this insidious ideology. Some reading this review will no doubt think my musings on this are over the top, tin foil hat territory or otherwise the mad ramblings of a paranoid person. Don't believe me? Then go listen to this book and think again.

We discover how the law, yes ... laws, are now in place in the U.S's most woke state, California, that permit any adult to share dormitories in summer camps with children of any gender so long as they self "identify" as that gender!

Madness I hear you say? Surely laws are there to protect children from such abuses ... right?

Wrong!

Not in California. Further, if parents object to this, they are ignored, informed that this is the law or called bigots. Surely this one example of the lunacy of the woke west in which we live ought to send shivers down the spine of any parent, but it's worse. As I suspected, doctors, psychiatrists and so called therapists are getting in on the act and pushing confused kids toward the fad of trans genderism. Powerful hormonal blockers are being given to prepubescent girls, permitted by their parents, to allow them to delay puberty, so as to facilitate preparation for non binary status. Children as young as eight are having this done to them in the name of mental health, with mental health specialists convincing uncertain parents that their child will kill themselves if they don't give permission for these drugs to be used, drugs that can render girls sterile.

As I've also predicted, I foresee a time in the not too distant future where therapists will be working overtime to try fixing damaged kids now turned young adults.

Suffice it to say, this book will seriously shock you. It further documents the way even children's literature is being used to sexualize children as young as eight, while literary classics are being removed from libraries as "problematic."

The last chapter, in particular, resonated with me. It details how children and young adults have become brittle, unable to cope with the day to day challenges life throws at them because of the coddling that sees things like "safe spaces" now common in universities. One of the co-authors, Bethany, related a very personal story of her traumatic experience at just age sixteen and how it prepared and strengthened her for later life. That story saw me with tears welling up in my eyes.

A minor note on narration. While the narrators voice was soft and pleasant to listen to, I did find it somewhat fast and seemingly barely pausing when encountering commas or new paragraphs. Although very competent otherwise, I did find this was rather fatiguing on the ear and limited me to listening in relatively short chunks. However, I did feel this was not so bad in the latter half of the book, so either I got used to it, or she slowed up a little.

For those of you perhaps on the fence about this supposed culture war the west is experiencing, I urge you to read this book. Educate yourself on what's going on. If you're a parent, then you must read this book in order to arm yourself with the knowledge of what's out there. Yes, this book focuses on the situation within the United States, but the U.K tends to follow suit and so do yourself a huge favour and get this book.

Great book

As a future father, I'll definitely be coming back here! Highly recommended not only to American parents. :)

Not bad.

Not bad. I preferred Andrew Doyle’s books on the topic of Woke though. I didn’t agree with everything in this but it seemed to be well researched.
