About this listen

In 1984, Danika Laroque, a young indigenous woman, was reported missing. The investigation went cold not long after. This is up there in top 5 series of all time. This relationship is so adorable and seeing it continue throughout every book is beautiful. You feel a connection and intimacy with the characters that you don’t get from reading a one or two-part story. The ending is so perfect and I already know what I want to see in the upcoming instalments. I can’t wait for the next release. A brilliant series by a fantastic author and a super-talented narrator, thank you! ♥️

I've loved this series, the lives of Julia and cassidy through everyday life is a constant excellence of writing to keep you involved, cassidy has another cold case, while Julia ponders over job change, her mum, and wanting a baby. cass still not out to her parents worries her, and the final chapters are full of surprise and happiness.
think I love Julia, or at least her voice, especially when low and sensual, thanks to the brilliant Lori Prince narration.
