Not my normal kind of book and for me it was in what I would call “horror” although it wasn’t. A really excellent story that kept me gripped. I tried to anticipate what would happen but I got that all wrong. A brilliant audio book!

I found this book through the Audible Plus Catalogue so had the fortune of listening to it for free! Because of this, I wasn't very hopeful going into it but I loved it!
The story has realistic, believable characters and the story is fairly short so not padded out with pointless nonsense fir the sake of it.
It flows at a good pace and the narration is great.
I loved that it was Australian too 👌
