About this listen

I was nine when I befriended him.

Seventeen when I kissed him.

And 18 when I threw all dirty thoughts about him in the trash.

Vincent Turner is my bad-boy best friend. I've never said no to him. Even when he asked to copy my homework in high school. Even when he asked me to be his wing woman. I've seen his girlfriends come and leave. He's brought me ice cream after my heartbreaks. And then it all goes to sh*t.

His filthy rich parents find him a doll to marry. And he asks me to be his wedding planner.

That 11-year-old kiss is starting to haunt me. I'd rather be his wife, not his damn wedding planner. I've never said no to Vincent Turner. You think now might be a good time to start?

Nice story, I do like the way he finally solved the problem. The main character was a bit annoying in her line of thinking once in a while and the female narrator was quite monotone. Jeremy York did a good job though and the story was good enough to keep my interest.

Nice story

Voice artists didnt match the age of the characters….. started well… then lost its way and finished swiftly and untidily with no explanation of what had been major concerns in the story….
An easy listen whilst doing the housework… but nothing more

Easy listening
