During the first chapter I wasn’t sure that I could listen the whole way through. I’m so glad I did. The story soon became addictive and I was listening every chance I got!

The story draws you in and wraps you in so you need to know more. I had to find out what would become of Ian and if he’d finally get his comeuppance. I was hoping she’d make him suffer for his actions In a long drawn out death, but on reflection it wouldn’t have seen her walk away so she did the right thing.

Greatly written and very well narrated.

If you’re after a gritty read to get your teeth into you’ll love this!

As a man this book opened my eyes to the casual misogynistic tendencies of men. Personally I’ve never treated a woman in any way other than an equal… I was brought up this way, but I’ve witnessed things that made my toes curl with Colleagues that I’ve worked with over the years I have always challenged them but this book taught me how a woman’s mind works it is different from a man it is thoughtful tender and nurturing. How men can think and behave in the way that people did in the story I beggars belief to me. Power to you ladies who fight back! Real men will back you to the hilt
