Very competently and thoroughly described step by step. Easy to listen and easily understood. A lot of practical advice. I really liked the book. All beginners will be very useful. My rating 5 stars. Must listen.

Some great information

Some great information in this audiobook about how to stretch, to achieve a split. Best if you are an active person already. Otherwise, a good book to help, if you need splits for the job you do or activities.

Awesome book.

This book contains many good tips for stretching which are easy enough to follow and quite efficient. And it works...I have tried it on my own body. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their body in this area.

Well explained and easy to understand.

If you want to learn how to do the splits safely and have always wondered how - this book demystifies and tells you exactly how to do them, and importantly, why you should do these things. Well explained and easy to understand.

Informative!

This book is informatively surrounding the various muscles involved and how to successfully complete the splits. This will help me in regaining the flexibility that I’ve lost due to my office job.

Good

From some time, I'm trying to do splits. My trainer said that I'm like a goose. He recommends me to read some book and to make more exercises at home. I've found this book and is really great. in two-three weeks i can make splits. i highly recommend.

Its amazing audible


When I attempt to contact my toes I'm humiliating a long way from them. I have had rub advisory say my legs are far too tight. I have been waiting be more adaptable so perusing this book has helped a considerable measure despite the fact that I have been utilizing these techniques for just a couple of days.

I loved It


I found this book to be pretty informative and it had the actionable steps in it that I was looking for. I found the diagrams and daily exercises to be very helpful in my understanding of this skill.
