Very competently.

Very competently and thoroughly described step by step. Easy to listen and easily understood. A lot of practical advice. I really liked the book. All beginners will be very useful. My rating 5 stars. Must listen.

Some great information

Some great information in this audiobook about how to stretch, to achieve a split. Best if you are an active person already. Otherwise, a good book to help, if you need splits for the job you do or activities.

Awesome book.

This book contains many good tips for stretching which are easy enough to follow and quite efficient. And it works...I have tried it on my own body. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their body in this area.

Well explained and easy to understand.

If you want to learn how to do the splits safely and have always wondered how - this book demystifies and tells you exactly how to do them, and importantly, why you should do these things. Well explained and easy to understand.

Informative!

This book is informatively surrounding the various muscles involved and how to successfully complete the splits. This will help me in regaining the flexibility that I’ve lost due to my office job.

It's a really informative book.

It's a really informative audio book. Yeah, it might drag on in some parts, but it still has plenty of information in those parts you can learn from. I saw how some people were complaining about the motivational speaking section of the audio book, saying it was "mind numbing" or "grueling". Well, I hate to tell you, but some people actually need to hear that kind of motivation. Yes, you probably think you're the greatest person you know, but believe it or not, there are people out there with goals who do not think of themselves that way, so save your breath. I would recommend this audio book to anyone regardless of how long you've been working out, because you could probably still learn some things from this book. Also, the company that backs this audio book, Legion, are pretty great. I noticed some people in the reviews complaining about the emails afterwards. Well, I actually emailed them back to see if they would help me make a cutting plan for when I'm at college. They replied within two days, and gave really solid advice. Seriously people, just give the book a try, and you won't regret it.

For good life.

I'm three weeks in and I'm really inspired by the results. Not so much weight loss yet but I can tell I'm growing muscle. I'm just surprised at my comfort in the gym. I used to be totally intimidated by barbell squats and deadlifts. And now I do them without hesitation. I'm also comfortable doing free weights even though I work out by myself. The audio book was definitely a big help with that.

I've only loss a couple of pounds since starting but the book says that the first few weeks my be weird. I definitely feel better and I see results in the mirror so I'm really pleased. I can see myself lifting weights for the rest of my life (and I've led a pretty sedentary lifestyle up to this one.

Lovely!

The other dash diet audio books Ive bought just ended up being recipe audio books which was really annoying. I mean I can find some dash recipes online, but I really wanted to learn about the DIET and not just recipes. This audio book is kind of the opposite. It’s really all about the diet. It tries to teach you everything you need to know about the diet and how to really take full advantage of the benefits of the diet. The recipes at the end and the meal plan are supposed to help you get started on the diet, but that’s not the overall point of the audio book. Great diet. Easy to read and quite a few recipes.

Love it!

Love it! First it explained what the DASH diet was and how it worked which really helped my mindset for listening the rest of the audio book and preparing the meals. I hadn’t realized all the health benefits that transitioning to the DASH diet would bring. There were so many more helpful hints and tips and that was before I even got to the recipes. They were all very straightforward and included both the calorie and sodium count, which was really useful because controlling sodium consumption is just as important as controlling caloric consumption. Its really helpful

Everything i need! Awesome book!

Thanks! Try all of these recipes out – they are great, especially the Instant pot vegetables section. I’m slowly moving through them and I can say that never before my ration has been as diverse as it is now. For those who are really picky when it comes to a diet book this might be a questionable choice to make but for me, this diet book felt like party gift. Very great diet book! Amazing

I’m excited to try some new healthy recipes!

So many of us are on special diets or have to entertain for a family member or guest who is and pull something together--whether that be gluten-free, vegetarian, something for a family who works during the day and needs crockpot meals, something for a family who works all the time and only wants to cook on weekends and then freeze the meals... this audio book took that all into account. Beside each recipe there is a color and letter coding-V for vegetarian, GF for gluten free, freezer friendly, crockpot etc. And, for those of us who count calories and want to know nutrients or carbs, it also has all that too! That took some time, but boy is it handy, even if you yourself only use it occassionally. Well done!

I highly recommend

I highly recommend this audio book to anyone who has weight issues, high cholesterol level or simply wants to change the weekly menu in favor of the healthy options. In one month of following this diet closely, I've lost nearly twenty pounds – my blood pressure is back to normal, and I'm not going to close the audio book (cookbook to be exact) on this. If you want to lose weight and wish to stay healthy at the same time, Love most of the recipes in it.

This audio book has become my bible. I’m in my mid sixties and my weight gain hit me hard. I’ve tried every diet there is but instead of dieting now...I just eat a certain way. Who knew fat was good for you! Now I eat and truly enjoy my food. I don’t eat just chicken breast anymore...I GET TO EAT DARK MEAT! Avacados...go for it. The weight is dropping and I’m never hungry. I can go to any restaurant and find the right food to eat. Do I order pasta at an Italian restaurant...NO...I’ll order lamb chops, a steak, fish.Do I fall off sometimes...sure I do. But it’s so easy to pick right back up. I’ve lost 10lbs and can’t be happier because I’m truly enjoying food again. Just remember...slow and easy wins the race. Thank you Leanne for changing my life. Thank you!

I just love it.

yummy !This is one of the best Instant Pot audio books on the market. Recipes are teriffic and the instructions are clear and precise, also giving variations when applicable. At first I was not sure if this would be the best audio book for a beginning Instant Pot user, but working with some of the recipes, they leave nothing to chance, no questions unanswered. An outstanding audio book.
