We all need it

Wonderfully descriptive and helpful. I played football and wrestled in high school and football in junior college and college and learned more about stretching from this book.

Just like what is described in this audiobook

I was looking for an audiobook to help me achieve the splits. I have been trying to do the splits for the past few years unsuccessfully. It has great instruction and definition

When I was a kid, doing the splits was easy. I did dance and was very active. Now that I'm in my thirties and have serious health issues, I'm not even close. I'm not able to do any exercising, except gentle walking. I wanted to find something that I could do to stretch and work my body without hurting myself.
