I am half way through listening to the audiobook on Audible, and I am blown away by almost every chapter.
I am not at all part of any indigenous tribe but I have felt a close “relation” to the indigenous people of Northern America since I “re-discovered” the spiritual side of life some 14 years ago ( I am 52 today). Especially after I got in contact with one of my spiritual guides called White Horse 10 years ago, followed by the meeting with the spirit of Bear Heart and reading his book “the wind is my mother”.
I have broken down in tears several times while listening to your audiobook. First time was when you described how Sam left you in your early childhood. Listening to that I realized that the same thing (more or less) happened to me. I have known for many years have something strange happened when I was app. 4-5 years old, and that I have felt alone and abandoned ever since. I my memory it was like a very close family member suddenly left me in a space ship some day we were playing in the garden. But after I listened to your description of how Sam left you, it stood clear to me that it was one of my guides that left my in a big bright “pillar” of light that day in the garden. And now I have made contact with him again, and this is going to be a major game changer I my life. Though I have been workning full time as a spiritual advisor and hypnotherapist for years now, I have been hiding my most important talent until now. That of being able to talk to - and pass on the wisdom from - angels, spirit guides, ascended masters like buddha or Jesus, and other wisdom keepers like Wayne Dyer and Bear Heart. I have been hiding this talent from other than close family and friends, because of fear of judgment and fear of it all being nothing but fantasy in my mind.
But most of this fear disappeared instantly listening to your audio book.
And I have to be honest, and say that I for each chapter feel more and more connected in spirit with you in some brotherly way. I can relate so closely to so many of your life stories and your path, the disappearance of your spirit guide, the death of a parent at an early stage of life, and many other things.
Anyway - thanks a lot for a great book! It has already changed my life.
Hope to see you in person one day. Maybe you will feel called to do some events in Europe some time in the future.
