About this listen

Clark’s squad is on the run from the entire Dindeary Nation, they may have just defected from the Imperial Army, and Harry has just revealed something that could get them all killed if the wrong person were to find out. They need a plan, some way to save themselves from the storm that would be the entire planet hunting them for sport but when the Milson Family Sword, Linsmora, reveals that the heir to the Dindeary throne is hiding a dangerous secret that could shake the foundations of both countries they may not be able to run.

Adam’s brother is alive and the secret he was keeping on Harry’s behalf is finally out in the open. Life has gotten infinitely more complicated in a variety of ways in the span of one terrible morning and now Linsmora is offering him an opportunity he had never thought possible.

Harry never wanted to rule but it's starting to look like that’s the only option that will keep them all alive and stop the dindeary from falling into outright civil war. After, aren’t those who would be most suited to rule the people that least want to?

I am really happy you decided to publish this book, happy you didn’t kill everyone and I must say, I basically listened to all 3 books in 3 days, pretty sure I will listen again and really took me to all places even though is so extraordinary. Thank you! I really enjoyed it!

Surprising to me that is!
I found it a slow-burn in the beginning which grew into an interesting and intricate story. All the main characters seem a little broken but the ending was good. I’m glad I continued to the end. I recommend all three books.

A surprisingly good listen

I really enjoyed the book. The story was very interesting and narration was good. I think this book was the best of the series. There were a couple of times when there were sudden flashbacks of the past then back to the present that initially were a little confusing. The flashbacks themselves added to the story, however. The world building throughout the series was interesting as well as the characters. I especially liked the letter from the author at the end. The letter gave insight into the writing of the books along with a little about the author.

Very enjoyable book

I listened to all three books back to back and really wish that they had been edited down to one book instead of the three. I felt that the finally was somewhat anticlimactic, the first two books seem to have been setting the stage and building up to something big but it just didn't happen. After listening to the author's notes at the end all became clear when she explained that it is the product of a teenage imagination.

Anticlimactic
