Not what I expected from a book about the Sabbath day of rest! Seemed a bit off topic! Whilst I can understand the reasoning behind the realisation that a proper schedule of rest is mandatory for body, Spirit and soul, this book did not deliver a meaningful guide to getting there - for me at least.
