I absolutely loved the first book. it was fascinating and I walked away with so much knowledge I could put right to use. This title, in the right hand will do wonders for someone's career but sadly as someone who isn't working on sales or in a company, will be harder to implement. harder but not impossible. there are some very good chapters on getting stuff sorted in the beginning which I greatly enjoyed but I do wish it was spread out a little more as it felt more rushed than the other. still a great book, just needs the right person

I was expecting some sort of comparison with criminal psychopaths but it's lacking. Instead, the book moves at a brisk pace referencing some behavioural research studies. if that topic area is new to you, then you will enjoy this easy to digest book. however if you have prior knowledge of psychology, business / management then you won't hear anything new and if you do you might find what you do hear lacking in detail.
