I've been following Joshua's work for a long time and I also bought his previous course.
I expected this book and was looking forward discover more in-depth techniques and methods.
Overall the book is very superficial and what is disappointing is that Joshua does not drink his own medicine by explaining a system in the book.
This is what he recommends us to do, but he doesn't follow his advice.
