In my defense, I thought the plane was going to crash.

Otherwise, I never would have blurted out those embarrassing things to a perfect stranger.

Gahh I loved this!! From the beginning to the end!

I love how they meet and then absolutely adored the slow build of their relationship. It was messy and hard navigating distance and differences, but I loved every second of the way they figured it out!

Joe is so freaking perfect with how he just shows Mabel how he cares for her. It had me swooning hard. And then Mabel I loved the way she handled it all. They had such amazing chemistry!

It was all just a wonderful read and perfect conclusion to the series! The mash of the families from other books too! I seriously couldn’t put it down! The narrators were so great as well!!!

If you love this series, accidentally pregnancy, sports romance, and more then this one will be for you. Also I think this one would totally be ok as a standalone, although more enjoyable in order imo!

Love love loved this story! The Cherry Tree Harbor series has had me as a fan since book 1 and I was constantly wondering when Mabel would get her HEA, so I was so excited when I heard that she would be in a hockey romance!
Can I just say I instantly had a grin on my face when I started this book? I absolutely feel not being a fan of flying (especially turbulence) so I can see why Mabel reacted the way she did. Who would have thought going through a storm on a plane would start such a great love story!
I really enjoyed Mabel and having to navigate their own personal feelings in order to make their happy family. Being able to see the family members give their input as well, which helped these two to find their HEA was perfect.
I was able to read both the ebook and listen to the audiobook and the fully immersed reading style is so enjoyable. The audiobook was narrated by Connor Crais and Kirsten Leigh and I don't have a single complaint to lodge against the audiobook. These two narrators voiced Mabel and Joe so well that I lost myself in the story. I finished the audiobook in the span of two days, and I already want to re-read!

I was so excited to finally get Mabel's book after all her brothers. I'm so glad she spoke to Melanie so we could get this story! It gave me all the warm, ooey gooey feelings. I loved how this book started and I loved where it took us. Joe was unbelievable. I didn't know what to expect, but he completely stole my heart and I think this book was my favourite in the series. Although, Joe may have felt like he wasn't ready for an actual commitment the way he shows up for Mabel is heartwarming and he has easily become one of my favouite Melanie men. These Lupo men are amazing men! I not only read the book but also listened to the aduiobook and let me tell you this aduiobook is amazing! Connor Crais and Kirsten Leigh were incredible as Joe and Mabel. I adored this story and I can't wait for what's next!

I am convinced Melanie Harlow cannot write a bad book! Slap Shot Surprise was *chef's kiss*! This book was addicting, fun, hilarious, and a wild ride.

I loved Joe and Mabel so much! Their meet cute was so cute and the chemistry between the two was electric! I loved the way the development of their relationship was written. The progression from one night stand to parents to be to friends and eventually lovers was done so well.

The audiobook is narrated by Connor Crais and Kirsten Leigh and believe me when I tell you that this cast was perfection at narrating these characters and bringing their personalities to life!
