This book delivers exactly what it says in the title and more. All the information is not necessarily new but it is laid out in a way that anyone can easily follow. It has been invaluable as my business has gone from being dependent on me being there to bringing in people to work alongside me. Such a great reference that I now own it in print aswell as audiobook.
