For anyone running a small business, or about to start a new business this book is a valuable to the point text, which provides helpful insights as well as a structured approach (system) to better assuring effective and efficient business results. Having read M. Gerber's EMYTH and EMYTH revisited etc i found this text a very good succinct up-to-date account of how to build and grow a successful business. I also bought the Audiobook which allows me to listen again on the hoof. Read by Marianne herself i enjoyed her personable voice and enthusiasm which came through. A much enjoyed change of voice tone etc to so many other books i listen too... Its not just a book to build a better and prosperous business - its as much to do with building a better, happier, and healthier life! Well worth the money! Best Regards Mel. Banford
