Summary

its hard going - but thats not the authors fault

i use it in conjunction with other material. The CISSP subject matter can be really boring so its really not Phils fault it can be hard going. This is best considered a supplement to online tutorials, practise tests and books (yes, paper books). happy to have it in my library.
