Listened all day to the audible. Excellent story as usual and I really enjoy this narrator she sounds like Joe Brand .

First let me say this is well worth a credit. excellent book. Great narration good story. That being said it is now getting a bit dated. I can't say in what way it would be a spoiler. But as long as you listen to it in context that's fine. I did guess the reveal about half way through, but it didn't detract from a great listen.

Jessica Daniel is back with another breathtaking tale of crime and yet again she finds herself right in the middle and up to her eyeballs in trouble. I highly recommend this book to fans of Jessica Daniel and first-timers alike, although be prepared to become addicted if you haven't read any Jessica books before. I'm already keenly anticipating Book 14!!!!

Although this doesn't race along at 100 miles an hour, there is a lot of action going on under the surface. Exactly what I have come to enjoy about Kerry Wilkinson. Brilliantly narrated.

The Shanty is a brilliant place, and Kerry has filled it with marvellous characters. Gotta love Fran.

When Becs turns up I shouted "YES!" and might have had tears in my eyes, but someone was chopping onions... somewhere.
And when Becs didn't leave with Jess, I was as confused and dismayed as Jess was, I'm sure.

Major props, no bloody Archie, thank heavens. Though there was very little sign of Izzy and nothing from Dumbo Dave either.
