About this listen

The team had been told it would be a straightforward mission: enter St. Davids, now little more than a ghost town, retrieve the target, and return to base.

Trouble is, the target is a man named Victor, and it looks like somebody else got to him first.

And St. Davids is anything but a ghost town...

What made the experience of listening to Shock the most enjoyable?

I really enjoyed the 1st installment in the series. I had read the book before but had a chance to listen to the audio book.

What other book might you compare Shock to, and why?

Not really sure to be honest. It was set in a sleepy village/town with not an AR15 in sight unlike some books.

Have you listened to any of Craig Beck’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Yes. Just as good. I like the way he reads.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

If I had the time yes. But listened to it in stages
