At last this is the first book I ever read and bought by K'Anne way back in 2016 so I've waited a long time for this and I wasn't disappointed .It's had the same effect on me today listening to it as it has done the dozen or so times I've read it A BLUBBERING TEARY MESS
The narrator is fabulous too 100_%

It's a story a lot of us can relate to in any relationship regarding lack of communication or highly emotional moments. The story runs deep into a long term relationship, events that hopefully only happen in novels and film and the sudden issues that affect a partnership, and finally into how older life can be as well as a really good story.

It was a very easy book to listen too, however the narrator took some getting used to. At the start the narrator seemed to rush through paragraphs and straight into another without pause. Even the end of a chapter ended suddenly and left you hanging. At first I thought the narrator was AI, but Google says she's real 😏 Anyway, I got used to Carrie North's style of narration and binge listened to a very poignant story.
