As someone who finds it hard to read without distraction and a newbie to journalling, this audiobook was a must-have to listen to whilst having the Shine Your Light book itself in front of me! Narrated by the ever authentic, loving and inspiring lady herself- she’s with you every step of the way. A combination of reflective prompts and wisdom, personal examples with an added flair of humour here and there from Lucinda- just love it. It steers clear from being preachy or overwhelming, instead it’s supportive and super empowering. Whether you’re new to emotional development or into the depth of your self-growth journey, this book meets you exactly where you are. Whole-heartedly recommend, recommend, recommend!
