This is a brilliant and emotional book to listen and follow Shayne and Vince as they have baggage that they need to work through.

This was very sweet. I loved that Charlotte was the glue that held this story together. It was such an important pull to draw the two MC's.

With relatively low angst, this was a good listen that flowed relatively well, but there were lots of characters from previous books mentioned. It's considered a stand alone, but it's sort of nice to have the background from the previous stories.

I really enjoyed this addition to the Timberwood Cove series. I felt bad for Vince in the last book, because he (mostly) took the high road to make Danny happy, and I was really hoping he would get his fated mate. It's like the author answered my wishes with this story. I couldn't help but love Shayne and Charlotte together, and I really wanted to see the three of them make a family. It just seemed right. But with Shayne and Vince both keeping secrets, it was by no means a sure or easy thing. Very enjoyable, and I am looking forward to Kihyun and Hogan's story.

The narration was great with distinct voices for different characters and great pacing.
