This audiobook is too emotionally driven. Yes, there are some valuable points, but she comes across as someone who is too soft and fluffy to be credible. A constant sense of 'are you ok' or 'be brave' or 'you can survive' makes it cringey at times. This book is not worth the hours of ear time, but if you want some cheap moral fluff with a few interesting insights it might be for you

It’s an eyeopener to the accelerating rise in online shame with lots of resources on how to cope.

Already, I found some parts out of date. Blocking and even coming off SM is not the problem, it’s what’s left behind on a global stage that does the damage now and there is nothing you can do about it unless you have a lot of money for defamation cases.

Social media should not be controlling the core of people’s lives, yet it is and it’s about time they were taken to account for the rising suicides from online shaming.

I haven’t got past chapter one because the narrator sounds like she could be related to Alexa. It’s like those voices that automatically reads subtitles.
