I have been waiting for this one, and it was worth the wait. Superb story, perfect narration. I love these books, and I love this authors work. The characters are great, well described and compliment each other perfectly. Highly recommended.

I did not like the swearing and sexual references and assumed they would get to the storyline at some stage. But the porn became sickening, verging on rape and it was so disgusting and degrading to the women. What is this filth doing amongst normal books?

Lacks a story line unless you count the constant details of the sex lives of the main characters, one being a bullying control freak and the other a submissive weak woman

I thought the story was going to be inventive but just sex scenes and repetitions again and again. The only moment of shadow riders was the last chapters. To be honest there was mention of shadow riders 3\4 of the way through. I felt forced to finish this uninteresting audio book

Just porn with very little story

I thought this was a soft science fiction book with a storyline woven around Shadow Riding. There was a hint very early on about what shadow riding was……instantly zipping from one location to another inside of the shadows made by people and objects. I don’t know any more than this. I’ve stuck with this book, hit the fast forward several times, to try and get to a part with prose about shadow riding, but I’ve finally given up with four hours to go. I very very rarely give up on a book, but this one is truly awful. I just can’t bear the hard nipples, you’re so wet for me and erections pressed up against her, any more. The constant sex scene isn’t even any good, and worse, it was written by a woman! I’ve finally run out of stamina. I’m totally fed up with waiting for the proper story to start. I just can’t wait for an actual story to begin any longer. This is just a shagathon. I can’t imagine the shadow riding will be up to much if it ever happens. Presumably there will be a sex filled wedding, leaving no time to introduce an actual storyline. The best thing about this book is the narrator.
Give it a miss, unless it’s sleazy sex you’re after. I wish I hadn’t wasted my credit. Rubbish. ☹️
