I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The story differs from anything I've read before, but holds some familiarity regarding mates etc.

2 downsides

1, it's too short. Towards the end it felt a bit rushed and I could just imagine this over 3 books. the 2nd being halved into both of their separation and then book 3 on his journey to claim her.

2, Writing style, I would have preferred if the MMC had been written from his POV. I tend to lose focus and drift if I feel im just being talked at, rather than being taken on the journey, like with the FMC.

Narrators were both great.
