About this listen

Held captive by a killer, will a young girl escape his clutches?

Scream for Me is the terrifying second instalment in the Philadelphia/Atlanta series, by bestselling author Karen Rose.

You are trapped. Now...scream for me.

Special Agent Daniel Vartanian has made a horrific discovery - photographs, taken years ago by his brother Simon, show a gang of teenagers raping young girls. Disgusted, Vartanian vows to bring them all to justice.

Alex Fallon's family fell apart when her sister was murdered thirteen years ago. And history now seems to be repeating itself with her stepsister Bailey's disappearance. When Vartanian meets Alex, and realises that her dead sister was in the photos, he starts to believe that the rapists may be behind Bailey's disappearance.

Bailey Crighton is being held captive by a monster. Alone and unable to escape, all she can do is scream for help. Vartanian and Alex must now confront their pasts head-on if they are to find Bailey - before it's too late....

Having read this book yers ago and having listened to this and the third book in the series on audible, I just discovered Die For Me on audible and started listening to whole the series again. Although the subject matter becomes very dark, the série is excellent. I think the books are better listened in order but could be as stand alone.

Loved it when I read it before…

She gave the characters weird voices again (I’ve listened to another one she narrated)! I enjoyed the story line though.

Good story but wasn’t keen on the narrator

enthralled even at second listen, just crime, relationships and life at its 👌 👍 😍

Brilliant

Tara Wood gives the characters accents depending on their names, so ppl with a german name have to speak with a german accent, if they have a greek name she gives them a greek accent etc, it is really annoying and totally unnecessary. It really spoils the book for me

annoying narrating

I enjoyed the story just like all by this author and I would have given 4 stars if not for the character Alex who really aggravated me.

Good story but...
