It was a case of a small town sheriff against an unknown enemy.
I knew that being sheriff of Demon Hollow wouldn't be easy, but I was born to lead. Creating a place where all were welcome was one thing but I wasn't prepared for was the dead to rise again.
The townsfolk had just gotten used to the idea of shifters living amongst us when a sickness spread through the human population. I didn’t believe that it was a coincidence, nor could I let panic divide my people. I had to find the source of the problem to save the life we built.
With the help of the town blacksmith and deputies I knew we would solve the problem. It was my town and I would do whatever needed to be done to save it.
Could I get to the bottom of the wasting sickness before it claimed my life? No matter, I wasn’t going down without a fight.
