I have listened to this book at least 6 times and I always feel the same way, great writing on a difficult subject and bring tears to my to my easy, both happy and sad.

This was an excellent story with a heartbreaking incident threading through this love story. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bonus prequel exists.

Amazing story with high emotional stakes. The book approaches some very heavy topics and the two voice actors manage to convey an impressive amount of emotional weight in their performance. I love when MM books go beyond simply telling a love story and are not afraid to delve into some heavier themes, and this book did not disappoint. I am not very informed on the subject of discussing sexual assault and its repercussions, but I feel like this book did it in an extremely tasteful manner. It raises awareness about the emotional consequences of it while still managing to tell a story that entertains.

Audio was pretty good, wish these were duets tho. I like Liams voice very much except when he voices other characters and lowers his voice 🥴

This was a sweet, well-paced story about Luke and Max. After reading Shots on Net, I expected Max to be a little different, perhaps even more reserved and quiet.

Luke is known for dating around, but he quickly becomes attached to Max, and their relationship progresses at a good pace and is quite romantic. Luke is wonderfully understanding and patient with Max, and they are sweet together.

The book was okay, but maybe a little boring and too smooshy for my taste. I think this series is over for me after the first two books.
