A great all round cast on a great twist of friends giving honest advice. Got this for travelling rather than a full novel , was perfect as this is in twenty minute sections so a good stop starter. Each section is a humorous romp through what sometimes we really want to say to those folks with no real problems . Hope there are more like this as I’ll be getting for work

Sarah and her problem-solving had me chuckling away to myself through several bus journeys and a long-haul flight. The clown nose honks still make me snort. Highly recommend for some feel-good jollity.

This support group appealed to me because Sarah Millican is naturally funny having seen her on TV. She’s helped out on this show by a very prim and proper counsellor called Marian, and a down-to-earth London cabbie called Terry.

Guests share their problems, from phobias to relationship woes, and everyone has a laugh without anyone getting hurt- a bit like the A-Team in the 80s where no one dies.

It’s better than therapy. A good laugh.
