Summary

A new world arises from the ashes of the old...but the fight for survival has only just begun.

In the day of the nomad, oceans flooded the continents and the Earth split open, pouring darkness into the skies. Jessica Rollins survived, but at what cost? The key to humanity's survival may lie in the backpack she recovered from her father, in data he collected more than 30 years before. Her father's final words circle around and around in her head. What does the data mean? Who is the mysterious Ufuk Erdogmus? And what is...sanctuary?

Loved it

I found this book as well as the first one Nomad to be very well done. Good story line that kept moving in unpredictable ways. Think it would make a great movie as well!

OK They RUINED a perfectly good story

Would you try another book from Matthew Mather and/or Keith Szarabajka?

Not sure

What was most disappointing about Matthew Mather’s story?

This is not a survival story BUT a government conspiracy story!

What does Keith Szarabajka bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He does an excellent job of bringing the characters to life and giving reasonable voices to each

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Sanctuary?

I would remove all references to government conspiracy theory

Good premise but bad story

It was hard to finish this book. It needed more direction for the characters to go and there were too many variables going on.
