Once again this author delivers another heartbreaking and heartwarming story of second chance at a first love. Magnus and Marren once childhood sweethearts were separated by unforeseen circumstances. Both never really moved on. When Marren realises she needs Harper Security’s help she turns to the one person she trusts to get her friend back. This book is filled with twists and turns and you’re rooting for them both all the way. Their road to a hea is not smooth or easy as soon Marren is in the sights of the bad guys. Fantastic drama, and a storyline to keep you reading from the first page to the last. The narration was perfect. Totally enhanced the experience for me.
