Unfortunately, I can't stand River; her relationship with Zack is stomach-churning. He's not likeable at all, yet River allows him to treat her poorly. Diesel is the only one who catches my interest. River's friends are unlikable as well.

I won't be following the rest of the story with the other two books.

Doesn’t get moving or explain the story even at end of book, no way am I cringing through another! Wouldn’t recommend even if you have time

Wish I had read the reviews, don’t suggest listening. I didn’t connect with any of the characters and they were all either weak or lacked depth which made for an uninteresting story. It also is only the first part, but I will not listen to the others.
