About this listen

I'm having my bosshole's baby.

Safe to say that's not ideal… especially because he doesn't even know.

As a matter of fact, Kirill is clear across the country, and I'm pretty sure he's never coming back. That's fine. My daughter and I will be a-okay without him. At least, that's what I thought.

Five years goes by like pulling teeth. I learn something. It hurts to do this alone. It hurts to do this without him. It hurts to know what could have been if only we hadn't both been so unbelievably stubborn with our hearts.

Then, one day, just when I think I can't bear to hurt anymore, he's back, and I have the chance to say all the things I've been waiting five long years to say. But before I can say it, Kirill drops a bomb of his own.

Ruby Mercy is book two of the Zaitsev Bratva duet. Kirill and Rayne's story begins in book one, Ruby Malice.

Loved this series kept me gripped. I enjoyed book 1 more found Rayne in book 2 very stubborn and she did alot of bickering felt that she wouldn't except any help even when she was struggling .unexpected twist at the end when we found found out Lenond was Raynes father

What a lovely ending to a great story. Couldn’t wait to get to the end although I knew it would all come right in the end twist though was finding out Leonid was Rayne’s father

The constant bickering

Loved the first in this series but this is not a patch on it. The male narrator isn't too good, plus the female lead character is such a victim it eventually becomes really irritating 😤. Started off good but she becomes too weak and pathetic for me. 🙄

Irritating 😖

I found this story more predictable than the first one, and Kirill's narrator varies the speed and volume a bit too much. Overall I'm glad I paid for this book, but not quite as good as the first one.

Good sequel

The characters in this series are really likable. I enjoyed both books. The reveal of Raynes parentage was a a surprise and I would have liked that to have been explored a bit more as we were really only got a brief explanation of her mother life.

fab sequel to Ruby Malice

Blimey, what an awful story. Both books are pretty bad, Rayne is an bloody doormat and Kyril is just simply disrespectful!

what a frustrating book!
