This is a gritty dark mafia romance which has a lot of raw emotions and is completely action packed. The book is about Ava, who is being exploited and is pretty fragile and broken, and Kane, an alpha-hero who is thoroughly decent, determined and a really lovely and charming person. The two characters have a lot of chemistry, and despite all the obstacles this audiobook ends on a really satisfying note. This is a full-length, complete standalone story.

I love the story but the guy is very slow I sped it up as it got annoying orher then that I loooove love love the story! I find it a shame its just the one book would be great to have a book of this big family about the kids growing up
