Summary

A high school reunion is about to get down and dirty and a whole lot more complicated in this new erotic standalone romance from USA Today best-selling author Stacey Kennedy.

Veterinarian Rae Evans expects to attend a dreadful 10-year high school reunion. Instead, she's confronted by a past she's never gotten over. The love of her life, Travis Walker, has returned to Catfish Creek, and the now-famous rock star wants only three things: Her. Naked. And screaming his name.

Fresh off his last world tour, Travis has returned to town to get a dose of reality. With fame casting a superficial cloud over Travis' life, he's scrambling to stay afloat. He needs an anchor, and Rae is that for him. But as he finds himself, he's determined to remind Rae of the heat that once burned between them.

Before they know it, their one hot night is three, and soon, just like 10 years ago, Travis holds the strings to Rae's heart. But Rae's not that young girl who watched her high school sweetheart race off to become famous. She's a woman who knows what she wants and realizes when a man needs her. She just has to decide if she should put the past on repeat, or walk away from it forever.

Amazing

I received this free for an honest review.
I REALLY liked this book. The narrator was okay. There was some steamy scenes but not a lot of them. For a rock star story this was more realistic than most. It has an HEA and left me feeling good. I would recommend this to my friends and already have!

Travis and Rae!

When they were in high school Travis and Rae fell in love however they had different dreams for the future and they loved each other enough not to hold each other back. Rae wanted to stay in their hometown and open two animal clinics and Travis wanted to pursue his dream of music.

Ten years later Travis is back for their high school reunion. The feelings they have for each other are stronger than ever. When he and Rae are in the same room again, their chemistry is just as strong as ever and although they have both found professional success they feel like something is missing from their lives. Will they find a way to have their second chance or will their careers leave them broken hearted once again?

I thought the narrator did a great job of bringing the story to life. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy that I received from the narrator.
