Loved the narration of Jason Markiewitz, who brings the mystery and suspense to your ears. Perfect

We have Morris and Liz who are newlyweds buy a fixer upper near a vacant mansion. Easy, until murder, ghosts and love affairs also happen.
Strange things start occurring without a logical explanation, Morris is determined to get to the bottom of Riley House. Soon he finds out ‘till death do us part’ can mean even after death. His curiosity leads him to unearth family secrets that were better left buried.

This novella truly packs a lot in a short space! This is my first time reading this author and I had a great time!
The narration by Jason Markiewitz was really good as well, enhancing the plot.

This is a novella with a different spin on the haunting trope in my opinion, mixing mystery elements with horror. I was intrigued from the beginning as very cleverly the author let the reader have a glimpse of the events unfolding, but not enough to spoil the story.

I also liked the humour throughout the story that served as a nice lift from the seriousness of the plot.

There are several little twists that I found really good and that made the story compelling until the end.

Thanks to the author for the opportunity to listen to it and this is my honest opinion.
