Over 4 weeks I listened daily and greatly reduced my anxiety. I went on to study meditation which has been of great physical and mental benefit to me. Hanson also explains the physiology of stress/anxiety that leads the listener to have better control over their thoughts, actions, feelings. I highly recommend.

One of my all-time favorites when it comes to positive thinking and maintaining a positive attitude as a default mood. I wasn't sure what I'd think of this audio, but I've grown to really appreciate how positive it is. It's a great way of thinking.
