Summary

Twisted Wishes bass player Mish Sullivan is a rock goddess - gorgeous, sexy, and comfortable in the spotlight. With fame comes unwanted attention, though: A stalker is desperate to get close. 4.75 Stars This is my first book by this author and I'm going to put a list of CW under a spoiler tag at the bottom from the authors own review just in case anyone needs it. I really enjoyed this. Despite it being book 3 in a series it does stand alone. Here we have your classic rockstar x bodyguard but make it queer as heck and spicy with it. Mish and David are thrown together after she is attacked by a fan. And while David is a trans-man, very little about this is to do with his gender. Almost everyone in this book is some flavour of queer and it just is what it is. I really loved how the band are such a tight knit found family who have clearly been through many struggles both personally and professionally, and Mish and David were so darn cute together I was always rooting for them. I stayed up very late last night finishing this. I for sure will read more from this author and this series.

Far from straight
You might think from its description this book isn't queer. It is. Just as much as the other two in this series, though with a different vibe.
Stalkers are a pain. Intrusive. And potentially dangerous. The one stalking Mish Sullivan seems to tick all three boxes. And of course, her band mates insist she (and they) should have security. Cue a perhaps more predictable storyline than in the other two novels. What sets it apart though is its in-your-face queerness - unapologetic, to be celebrated, and treated by the author with care and attention.
Greg Boudreaux continues to be an excellent narrator, even when the lead character is female.
