Summary

The eight book in the Knitorious Murder Mystery series!

Calm turns to chaos when a mysterious fortune teller comes to town.

At first, the fortune teller’s pleasant predictions amuse the residents of Harmony Lake, but lives are turned upside down when she uncovers deep, dark secrets that some people would prefer to keep buried.

Mysticism turns to mystery when the fortune teller predicts her own murder.

When the finger of suspicion points at someone close to me, I’m determined to clear their name by finding the real killer.

Was the fortune teller’s tragic fate really in the cards, or did her secret identity and troubled past catch up with her? Were her psychic powers real or was she a crafty con artist?

With a little help from my friends, I predict we can find the real killer before the wrong person takes the blame.

If you like your cozy mysteries with a bit of humor, small-town Canadian life, a hint of romance, a close circle of quirky, lovable characters that you wish you knew in real life, dogs and cats, and free knitting patterns, there's something in this series for you.

Clean story: no graphic violence, sex, or strong language.

Each book in the Knitorious Murder Mystery series is a stand-alone mystery that is solved by the end of the book. The books can be enjoyed in any order; however, the characters lives and relationships evolve and change over time.

Rest, relax and enjoy

I loved this story. This is the 8th book in this wonderful series and everybody's favourite knitter is knee deep in another mystery that will keep the listener hooked until the very end, with all the curve balls the author throws. I love the close knit group of friends and the way they interact with each other, they are characters that you would be happy to call a friend and even the sheriff has a very sweet side that comes out in this book. The mystery was really good and took a number number of turns.. The fortune teller angle added a nice spin and lots of drama to the murder victim. I had no idea who the killer was but did know I knew who I didn't want it to be. I can't wait for the next book.
A fortune teller breezes into town and her predictions isn't good news for everybody. But is she a fake or genuine? Megan isn't so sure when her prediction comes true and a young stranger shakes up her and boyfriends world. Then the second part of the prediction comes true and a body is found. When Megan's own daughters new boyfriend is one of the suspects , she steps up to help find the killer. The fortune teller had her own secrets and the more she learns about the dead woman the more she finds that not everything is as it seems.
I like the narrator and enjoy listening to her as she brings a great mystery to life.
