Summary

From Audie Award winning, New York Times best-selling author Kylie Scott comes an irresistible new romance - available in audio first!

When a vicious attack leaves 25-year-old Clementine Johns with no memory, she’s forced to start over. Now she has to figure out who she was and why she made the choices she did - which includes leaving the supposed love of her life, tattoo artist Ed Larsen, only a month before.

Ed can hardly believe it when his ex shows up at his tattoo parlor with no memory of their past, asking about the breakup that nearly destroyed him. The last thing he needs is more heartache, but he can’t seem to let her go again.

Should they walk away for good, or does their love deserve a repeat performance?

SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE

Second chance romance, Hot tattoo artist, A Great plot with twists and turns, an unpredictable plot, it ticks all my box's and I loved it!!

Such a breath of fresh air and a unique story-line.

I have read books where the character suffers from amnesia, that isn't new or unique in that way but there was just something that had me longing to see how this all played out, it wasn't just a case of someone trying to regain their memories.
Kylie Scott leaves no room for boredom, the plot is spaced out brilliantly with angst, drama, hotness and I was captivated with the story from the very the moment Clem who is still recovering from her attack which left her with no memories, walks into the tattoo parlor asking Ed if he was the one who gave her a tattoo and she was asked to leave in anger and couldn't understand why.

You are taken on Clem's journey of trying to piece back together her life and trying to figure out who she was before the accident and she discovers along the way that she likes creating a new Clementine. her first kiss, first sexual experience, Clem's story is Bittersweet.

A beautiful story of second chances with twists and turns woven into the plot. I loved it and was sad when I reached the hea.

Narrated brilliantly, I felt like I was there with the characters and although the narrator is female she didn't half make Ed come across as one swoon-worthy and sexy alpha who made me drool.

I want more like this, I loved it and would recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the plot

This plot line was a pleasant surprise. It gives plots about second chances a run for their money. Throwing loss of memory into the mix, and a slight change in personality (not creepy, don't worry) really stirs tension and passion together. It's quite an unforgettable story, probably one of her best works.

Plus Arndt is naturally impressive in distinguishing between the characters.

I'm looking forward to the next story from Scott.

Wonderful Five Star Listen!

Clem wakes up after a vicious attack that leaves with amnesia and remembers nothing about her life before. While trying to find out more information about her past. Clem visit a tattoo parlor out to speak to the owner about a tattoo she has. When meets Ed the artist, she encounters nothing but hostility. Clem is amazed to finds out Ed is her ex and she broke his heart.

Clem has no memory of their relationship or any feelings. Ed is fantastic helping Clem even though she is different from before. The new Clem is more forthright and speaks her mind and is lovely and snarky. The story is told from Clem’s pov, and wonderfully done.

This book blew me away, Andi Arnt was fantastic as Clem, your pulled into the story and can’t stop listening. This is one seating listen, walking around with earphones all day. The love interest is sexy swoony Ed the absolute best book boyfriend. A five star listen. I loved it. This is an Audible Original, the book will be release later in the year.

Loved

I have been putting this book off for so long, why I have no idea I just wanted to save it I think for when I really needed to listen to it.
This was the right time I guess because I loved it. It was different from what we are used to from Kylie but it was different in all the right ways.

I loved, loved, how all these characters interacted, their relationships were unique and interesting I didn’t want it to end. Clementine could have so been a moody character but she chooses to be more open and forthright about what she has been through. And that also means being honest with her feelings I kind of loved this for her age you almost think she would have been the other way around sulking and sully but that isn’t the case.

I loved that even though he was so hurt in the past Ed really saw things from Clementine’s side and was just as open about everything.

I just loved it.

I enjoy Andi’s narration but I do sometimes want someone new for Kylie’s work. But that’s just me.

Adorable Story of Love

Kylie Scott and Andie Arndt? YES PLEASE! One of my favorite authors narrated by a favorite. What a great combo. Andi never fails to put all the emotions into what she is reading and really makes you FEEL it. I really enjoyed the storyline of REPEAT. This is a book that follows Clementine Johns, who loses her "episodic" memories. Meaning that she can't really events, people or basically any of her personal history. Trying to make sense of and remake who she is, Clementine tracks down her ex boyfriend, Ed Larson.

This story was a sweet romance of rekindled love. Ed was devastated by their breakup and doesn't want to revisit those memories. But when Clementine's life looks like it's in danger, he can't help but protect her. The evolution of their story and watching her rediscover herself and their love, was a joy to watch. I had theories of who was after her, but I have to say that I was wrong.

If you're in the mood for a fast paced, sweet romance, with steam and a little bit of mystery, I would definitely recommend picking up this book. It is an Audible Original, but will be available in print on April 9th.

Wonderfully unique second chance love story!

Where do I even start? Perhaps with the fact that I was sucked into this unique story immediately. Intrigued by Clementine as she tried to reconcile the woman everyone remembered with the woman she became.

The chemistry between Clem and Ed was immediately apparent and I found my heart aching with a sort of yearning for them as they unpacked their past while tentatively trying to make a future together. It’s a beautiful story, steamy, playful at times, and wholly satisfying.

The narration is top notch. Andi Arndt is fantastic and easy to listen to as she brought the characters and story to life for me. Definitely recommend this audio experience!

Kylie Scott nails it ...... highly recommend

This book is amazing, I loved it. I read it in one hit (sleep? Who needs sleep?), I just wanted to keep reading.

Usually I won’t read amnesia stories, I just find them ridiculous and an excuse for lazy writing, but I loved all aspect of the story. Only Kylie Scott could pull this off so well. I laughed out loud and enjoyed the direct and witty banter that resulted from the amnesia, I also cringed and felt sadness - overall the story took me on a very enjoyable emotional ride.

It has super sexy characters, that are well developed and interesting. The hero and heroine are both strong, smart and respectful of each other. The sex is perfect, just enough that it enhances the story, and written so I was absorbed and entertained.

Loved it!

Such a great story! My heart broke for what Clem had to go through. I fell in love with Ed instantly, he was everything I look for in a book boyfriend. There is an ongoing mystery as to who is trying to harm Clem. Narration was fantastic.

Good but could have been better

It was good but could have been so much better with Ed’s POV! I would also have liked another epilogue going further into the future for them.
